Rules related to looking at Mahram women

Men are permitted to look at the entire body of their Maharim, with the exception of the two private parts, vulva and anal orifice 1. Thus a woman is obliged to wear only underwear in front of her father, brothers and other mahrams if they are trustworthy and are not expected to be aroused by seeing her beauties. But is recommended to also cover the buttocks, upper thighs love-handles and the stomach up to naval. The breasts of a woman are not awrah to her mahrams and she is not obliged to cover it as long as there is immunity from sin. 

It is permissible for a woman to wear tight and revealing clothes in front of her Mahram males. 

1- It is permissible for a man to look at a mahram woman if she is wearing tight clothes which reveals her body shape and curves, without the intention of lust.

2- A woman wear short sleeve dress with big neck which shows cleavage, in front of mahram men.

3- It is permissible for her to wear Indian Sari dress in front of mahrams in which her breasts are covered with choli but belly is exposed. 

4- She is allowed to wear leggings, yoga pants, tights and sports bra in front of mahrams.

Is it acceptable in Islam for a man to hug and kiss his adult sister ?

Can an adult brother hug or kiss his adult sister? Allah (SWT) establishes a beautiful and sacred bond between siblings born of the same parents. This Mahram relationship prohibits marriage and fosters deep respect and love between brother and sister. Within this relationship, there is absolutely no harm in a brother showing affection towards his sister through occasional touches, cuddles, hugs, or even a kiss on the cheek. These gestures, motivated by pure brotherly love, strengthen the bond between siblings. Milk-Mahrams In Islamic law, the concept of milk kinship creates a special bond between a child and the family of the woman who breastfeeds them. If a girl is breastfed by a woman before the age of two, certain men in that woman's family become her milk-mahrams. These include the woman's husband, who becomes the girl's milk-father. Her sons then become the girl's milk-brothers. The extended family is also affected.
