In the presence of these trusted individuals, certain restrictions on attire can be relaxed without compromising the fundamental principles of Islamic modesty. Notably, a Muslim woman's awrah, or the body parts that must be covered, is significantly reduced in front of Mahrams, extending only from the navel to the knees. The rules of women looking at Mahram Men

1-A woman can look at Mahram's entire body, excludes the private parts areas, which are the genitals (including the penis and testicles) and the anal orifice, if it is not done with intention of lust. 2-  It is permissible for a woman to look at the shape and outline of a mahram man's privates bulging beneath his clothing, if there's no lustful intent. The fabric covering his manhood (be it swim trunks, boxers, or underwear) should be thick enough to avoid avoid revealing any skin tone through the material. 1

Rules related to looking at Mahram women

Men are permitted to look at the entire body of their Maharim, with the exception of the two private parts, vulva and anal orifice  1 . Thus a woman is obliged to wear only underwear in front of her father, brothers and other mahrams if they are trustworthy and are not expected to be aroused by seeing her beauties. But is recommended to also cover the buttocks, upper thighs love-handles and the stomach up to naval. The breasts of a woman are not awrah to her mahrams and she is not obliged to cover it as long as there is immunity from sin.  It is permissible for a woman to wear tight and revealing clothes in front of her Mahram males.  1- It is permissible for a man to look at a mahram woman if she is wearing tight clothes which reveals her body shape and curves, without the intention of lust. 2- A  woman wear short sleeve dress with big neck which shows cleavage, in front of mahram men. 3- It is permissible for her to wear Indian Sari dress in front of mahrams in which her breasts are
